Call for Student Volunteers
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to help make the 15th International Conference on Software Business (ICSOB 2024) a unique and successful event for all attendees. Being a student volunteer at ICSOB 2024 is an excellent opportunity to connect and engage with leading academic and industry professionals in the field of software business. It is also a great way to meet other students from around the world who share your interest in the software business.

Eligibility
Applicants must be full-time undergraduate, master’s, or Ph.D. students for the 2024/2025 academic year.
We seek enthusiastic students with strong interpersonal, technical, and English communication skills who are ethical, reliable, punctual, organized, and proactive.
Volunteers must arrive at the conference venue by Monday, November 18, 2024, by 08:00.

Please note that ICSOB 2024 Student Volunteers are responsible for their own travel arrangements and accommodation.
Responsibilities
Student volunteers play an essential role in the success of the conference. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Working approximately 10 hours during the conference
- Providing technical assistance to speakers and attendees
- Monitoring session rooms
- Collecting tickets and checking badges at various halls
- Assisting with registration, information, and materials pickup
- Providing help to attendees with special needs
- Supporting the overall smooth running of conference sessions and social events
- Being available on November 18-20, 2024

Arrange for a letter of reference from your academic supervisor or another faculty member at your institution, as indicated in the application form. The letter should be submitted via the application form. It should highlight your organizational skills, willingness to assist, proficiency in English, and other qualities that would make you an excellent student volunteer.
