Utrecht Science Park (address is Heidelberglaan 11, 3584 CS Utrecht) is Utrecht University’s largest campus and is located in the east of the city. Utrecht Science Park houses the greater part of the university. Utrecht University maintains close ties with the city and province of Utrecht. Utrecht University, the University Medical Center Utrecht and dozens of innovative businesses and research institutes have pooled their resources at the Utrecht Science Park. This has turned the Utrecht Science Park (USP) into the beating heart of Utrecht’s knowledge-based economy. The nearest bus stop is Botanical Gardens. Get off at Utrecht Central Station. From there, take the bus to the Botanical Gardens stop or tram 20, 21, and 22.
Utrecht University Hall (address is Domplein 29, 3512 JE Utrecht) is the ceremonial and representative heart of Utrecht University. It is home to graduations, promotions, and orations and it is a house for debate, lecture, and conference. Every year, University Hall attracts between one hundred and two hundred thousand visitors. The main entrance is on the south side of the Domplein overlooking the statue of Jan van Nassau.
